Numinus Wellness to list 9.2 million warrants on Monday

Numinus Wellness Inc. plans to list 9.2 million warrants on Monday, at an exercise price of $0.35 until Sept. 10, 2022.

Warrants are long-term options that allow investors to purchase common stock at a fixed price until a set future date.

Numinus, a $21.57-million company by market cap, had 95.85 million shares outstanding as of Friday, Sept. 18. Its shares have traded between $0.19 and $1.55 in the last 52 weeks. At 10:27 a.m. Friday, they were trading at $0.23.
