The Northwest Territories Liquor and Cannabis Commission is seeking public feedback about NWT liquor stores, product pricing and selection, and the commission’s communication about the safe consumption of alcohol.

NWT residents are invited to share their thoughts through an online survey, whose results will help commission identify how it can improve the overall customer experience in NWT liquor stores.

Sale and distribution of liquor in Northwest Territories is handled through seven retail liquor stores, contracted to private sector operators.

The survey is open until to Feb. 28, 2023, and includes questions about the store experience, products and pricing, and social responsibility, including messaging about safe consumption of alcohol, including in-store posters and materials as well as advertisements in local media, online or elsewhere.
