Whether you’re a budtender wanting to connect with the brands you sell or a cannabis producer exploring the latest industry innovations, the O’Cannabiz Conference and Expo is a must-attend event.
Industry insiders eager to share knowledge and build connections within this quickly evolving cannabis landscape? They’ll be there too!
Coming to Toronto’s International Centre June 1 to 3, this is the event for cannabis industry professionals looking to grow their business, make connections and gain new knowledge. With three days of engaging panel discussions, networking opportunities and innovative educational programming, O’Cannabiz is the place to learn from and celebrate those lighting up the cannabis world in Canada and beyond.
“O’Cannabiz 2022 gives the cannabis business community access to all areas of the industry in one space,” says O’Cannabiz President Neill Dixon. “With this year’s comprehensive lineup of programs, speakers and panels, we’re confident attendees will find the information and resources they need to grow and succeed in this ever-changing industry.”
Leading the way will be keynote speaker Wanda James, one of the most respected leaders in cannabis today, sharing knowledge gained from a decade working in the industry, including efforts to remove stigma around cannabis, and the racial inequities of the cannabis industry.
New to this year’s conference are a two-day Retail Summit, focusing on the goals of cannabis retailers, medical dispensary operators and the businesses serving them, and a Psychedelic Summit, highlighting the innovative research underway in this growing industry.
And for a little fun, there’s “Budtender Speed Dating,” linking licensed producers and retailers with the folks directly connecting with consumers. Retailers and budtenders can even attend this year for free – register at ocannabiz.com/retailers
On the Expo floor, explore a diverse array of exhibitors, including presenting partner ND Supplies.
Additional highlights include the second annual industry awards gala June 1, hosted by Canadian comedian Gerry Dee, with honours saluting industry leaders, innovators, retailers and cultivators, in addition to a People’s Choice category. A Lifetime Achievement Award will also be presented to Steve DeAngelo, known for his role as an activist, author, educator and entrepreneur of the cannabis reform movement.
Further expand your conference experience at two ticketed morning sessions, the Investors Breakfast and A Balanced Breakfast: Bringing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to the Table. Both offer unique networking opportunities with members across the industry including investors and business leaders.
